Apple are celebrating the upcoming 5th birthday of The AppStore this week by starting a great free app giveaway! According to Techland Apple has started to trickle a selection of free apps but the list is growing hourly. The best list of these free apps seems to be on AppSnatcher and this list is being updated as more free apps become available.
While some of these free apps require a US iTunes account quite a few are available to Ireland iTunes account holders. I have downloaded 4 apps so far saving €12 and will be checking for more 🙂 Also, if there is an iPad version of the free app this will also be free!
