FINTECH Circle, a global fintech community that connects entrepreneurs, investors, and senior financial professionals, has today, launched the newest edition to The FINTECH Book Series, The LEGALTECH Book.
The publication, which is the 6th edition in a series of fintech publications, aims to become the ultimate quarantine read for fintech experts.
It is the first crowdsourced manual of its kind of legal technologies and innovations for the financial and legal services sector.
Containing expert insights into better collaboration, workflow management, and new legal technology solutions,
FINTECH Circle hopes it will become a must-read as remote working continues into the future.
According to a survey from Gartner, 88% of organizations have encouraged or required employees to work from home globally since the pandemic first took hold.
The LEGALTECH Book aims to help readers keep up to speed with the latest trends in legal technology, while also providing critical advice and information from legal technology experts.
It is the brainchild of four highly established fintech and legal tech professionals who have been the Co-Editors of the book:
More than 60 crowd-sourced experts exclusively share their visions and unique insights.
This includes the nature of legal technologies and their relationship with data, Internet of Things (IoT), AI, cybersecurity, and distributed ledger technologies/blockchain as well as ethical considerations of technological advancement and future projections.
Each book in the series has been published by WILEY, an American multinational publishing company that focuses on academic publishing and instructional materials.
Legal technology is in the process of overhauling the services market through the use of innovative technologies and software platforms.
According to The 2020 Wolters Kluwer Future Ready Lawyer Survey, 76% of legal professionals say the increasing importance of legal technology will be the top trend to impact their organizations over the next three years.
