“There are two investment options available at this investment round (common stock shares or convertible debentures),” explains Alex. “The total shares are up to 10,000,000 shares of common stock, at a price per share of USD $0.35. The minimum purchase is 2,500 shares ($875).

“The second option is debentures where the maximum number of debentures available is 1,750 at a price of $1,000 each. The minimum purchase is 1 debenture ($1,000) and the maximum is 1,750 debentures ($1,750,000).”

These investment options equate to 9.12% of the company at its current valuation of $10million.
