What career opportunities can students expect after completing a course with DBS?

ICT Skills graduates at DBS enjoy great successes after they finish their programmes, and many of our students have gone to work in high profile companies. See below some quotes from graduates of the ICT Skills programmes.

“I would describe the course as intensive, challenging and highly rewarding. The workload and commitment of the Higher Diploma in Science in Computing required a massive amount of dedication, hard work and adaptability from each student. After its completion, I now view choosing it as one of the best decisions I have ever made.

Through completing the course, I have obtained a position with a well-respected large multinational organisation.  Without the course and Dublin Business School’s contacts in the jobs market, this would not have been possible.”

Keith O’Brien, Higher Diploma in Science in Computing (IT Infrastructure and Networking)

“The course I did allowed me to up-skill and transition into a growth area which presented greater opportunities for me to move forward in my career. It was hard work but definitely worth it in the end! The best part of the course was the great group of people I met in DBS who were doing the course with me.  The teamwork in the class was really positive, and we worked towards our goals by collaborating with one another.

The people I met there are very much part of my professional network and we still keep very much in touch.”

Siobhan Ní hAodha, Higher Diploma in Science and Data Analytics.
