DES | Digital Business World Congress will be held in Madrid from 22 to 24 May next year.

How many years has it been going?

After two DES successful editions (18.000 corporate visitors, 450 speakers) DES is now heading to the third one.

What was the inspiration to start it?

We are now living a very exciting technology momentum. We wanted to bring together corporate decision-makers leaders to provoke an intellectual reflection on regards the future, the innovative technologies and their potential impacts, the current digital business ground scenarios and discover how decisions of today will shape and prepare their companies to take them into the global future.

On the other hand, equally important, we had this exciting vision of turning Madrid into the global capital of world’s innovation one week a year, a must-attend event in the global digital business schedule.

What exciting things can people look forward to for the 2018 version?

This edition “Facing the Digital Avalanche” we will fully devote to providing inspiration about how to overcome most of today’s challenging and complex digital dilemmas that many top management members and their organizations are now dealing with. Dilemmas such as: customer experience vs. profitability, security vs. privacy, legacy vs. innovation, control vs. speed, etc.
