Datapac, Ireland’s leading ICT Services and Solutions provider, has announced it has achieved Blue Diamond partner status with Datto, the leading global provider of on-premise and cloud-based backup and business continuity solutions. The Blue Diamond status is the highest classification provided by Datto and represents the top 2% of the company’s partners worldwide.
Datapac has successfully qualified for Blue Diamond status through Datto’s Global Partner Programme. The company was recognised for its innovative solutions and high standard of service delivery to customers. This offers increased access to Datto’s most highly trained and qualified support technicians, enabling Datapac to enhance its backup and business continuity services for its customer base nationwide.
Datapac is one of the longest standing, entirely indigenously owned and operated ICT services and solutions providers in Ireland, boasting a proud heritage of servicing the needs of Irish organisations for over forty years. In that time, Datapac has honed and perfected its approach to customer success, collaboratively working with each of its customers as a trusted advisor, carefully considering the unique needs of each individual organisation with strategic road mapping to design and deliver solutions which are not only best-in-class, but best for them.
Having partnered with Datto since 2015 and acting as a strategic market growth advisor through Datto’s Partner Advisory Board, Datapac has benefitted from Datto’s likeminded vision, leveraging the power of its solutions for a wide range of organisations from SMB to enterprise, both in the public and private sector.
Greg Jones, Vice President of Business Development, EMEA, Datto: “We are thrilled to recognise Datapac as a Blue Diamond Partner. We are committed to providing Datapac and all of our partners with the necessary capabilities to develop deep relationships with their customers and keep growing their brands and businesses. We look forward to more success from Datapac in 2023, as we continue to roll out new partner services.”
Christine Fortune, Sales Manager ICT Services and Solutions, Datapac: “We’ve always enjoyed working with Datto; the intuitive and flexible nature of their Partner Programme has enabled us to meet and exceed the needs of Datapac and our customers. Data backup and business continuity is such an essential component for any organisation’s cybersecurity position; having Datto in our corner has allowed us to deliver the very best-fit solutions for our valued customers.”
