When and where is it on?

Cyber Week 2017 from June 25th – 29th, 2017 at Tel Aviv University in Israel. The conference is hosted by the Blavatnik Interdisciplinary Cyber Research Center (ICRC), Yuval Ne’eman Workshop for Science, Technology and Security, Tel Aviv University, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Israel National Cyber Bureau, Prime Minister’s Office.

How long has it been going?

Over the past six years, Cyber Week has become a leading international event in the cyber world, attracting a unique combination of industry senior executives (CEOs, VPs, CISOs, etc), leading cybersecurity experts, government and policy makers, private sector directors, start-ups, investors, defense officials and academics. The conference receives broad media coverage and in June 2016, we were honored to host more than 5,000 attendees from over 50 countries.

The 1 min pitch for what goes on at it?

Cyber Week seeks to provide a forum for the exchange of knowledge and ideas between cyber experts and leaders from around the globe. The conference if therefore comprised of a series of sessions, forums, workshops, conferences and networking events.

Who is coming this year?

This year, we are privileged to host a range of distinguished speakers, including; Benjamin Netanyahu, Prime Minister of Israel; Thomas Bossert, Assistant to the President for Homeland Security and Counterterrorism at the White House; General Keith Alexander, former director of the NSA Bruce Schneier, The “Security Guru” and Internationally Renowned Security Technologist; Michael Daniel, the Former Special Assistant to President Obama, Dr. Eviatar Matania, Director General at the National Cyber Directorate, the Prime Minister’s Office and many other internationally recognized cyber experts.

The amount of companies sponsoring Cyber Week 2017 is also constantly growing. We will have representation from companies such as Accenture, IAI, YL Ventures, Check Point, CyberArk, IBM, Microsoft, Intel, Team8 and ThetaRay among others. The 2017 cyber security conference will provide an important forum for sharing innovative insights on the most recent developments in cybersecurity and the key dilemmas and opportunities arising from the evolving technologies.

The Main Plenary, June 26th-27th at the Smolarz Auditorium, Tel Aviv University, is the highlight of Cyber Week 2017 and provides the unique opportunity to hear from global experts.
