Cubic Telecom awarded for major achievements in Japan by the Ireland Japan Chamber of Commerce

Cubic Telecom has been awarded for its achievements in Japan by the Ireland Japan Chamber of Commerce. At an event in the Irish embassy in Tokyo on Friday evening hosted by the Ireland Japan Chamber of Commerce, Irish Ambassador to Japan Anne Barrington presented the achievement award to Cubic representative Mihoko Takeuchi. Over the past 12 months, Cubic has been working towards solidifying its Japanese base and has made partnerships with influential retail giants such as Rakuten and K-Opticom. These partnerships have been pivotal to Cubic’s growth.

Cubic’s Business Development Manager in Japan, Mihoko Takeuchi accepted the award and commented, “We are eager to expand our operations in Japan and forge strong connections here. We look forward to working on new exciting projects together, making further achievements in Japan over the coming year.”

Each year, the Ireland Japan Chamber of Commerce hosts a business dinner at which it recognizes Irish & Japanese companies that have been particularly successful in developing business in the Irish or Japanese markets, progressing Ireland Japan business relations. The event was attended by representatives from Enterprise Ireland and IDA, both of which have supported Cubic Telecom in its expansion plans throughout Asia. Other attendees included Japanese Government Agencies as well as senior business representatives from Irish and Japanese companies.
