The Codefest takes place on April 10th at the RDS, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4 where the Dublin Tech Summit will take place.
How many years has it been going?
This is the first edition of Jobbio’s Codefest Mastercard Edition
What was the inspiration to start it?
Mastercard is inspired to find the brightest individuals, especially software developers, Java developers, and any tech professionals in Dublin to work with them. Mastercard is also inspired to accelerate growth within the Irish Market
What exciting things can people look forward to?
The experience in competing in this 5-hour challenge, participants will have to decode a cryptographic puzzle, competing next to their adversaries, the top 3 winners will secure an Interview with Mastercard plus they can take monetary prizes home with them.
What opportunities are on offer for those attending?
Every participant will get a free 2-day pass to discover what Dublin Tech Summit is all about. There will be lots of networking opportunities with Mastercard and Jobbio’s executives, or even competitors.
What tips would you give to people attending to get the most out of it?
Come well rested, prepared and ready to solve the Cryptographic puzzle using Mastercard’s API’s
