Canon, world leader in imaging solutions, today announces the launch of the new single function printer (SFP). The new mono laser printer is designed to address the print challenges of small workgroups where space is at a premium and offers improved connectivity and productivity in a stylish, compact design.
Designed for small office spaces, including banking, hospitality and retail environments, the new LBP151dw includes support for industry standard PCL5e/6 to improve flexibility in network integration. For added installation convenience, the device is small enough to fit on reception desks or in waiting rooms providing a simple and reliable solution for customer-facing environments.
The LBP151dw device optimises the mobile working capabilities of small offices thanks to built-in Wi-Fi connectivity and comprehensive mobile print features. For enhanced productivity, iOS and Android devices can use the free Canon PRINT Business app, which enables documents, presentations and images to be printed from mobile devices on the move. With additional support for Google Cloud Print, and the Mopria Print Service for Android users, the LBP151dw is designed to offer a streamlined mobile print experience.
With speeds of up to 27 ppm and Automatic Duplex Printing, the LBP151dw is the ideal solution for businesses looking to save time on office processes. Canon’s Quick First-Print technologies allow documents to be printed in seconds even from sleep mode, enabling businesses to focus on the day-to-day priorities.
Philip Brady, Country Manager, Canon Ireland comments: “The LBP151dw has been specifically designed to provide improved integration and mobile functionality in a small yet robust design. The combination of PCL and Wi-Fi connectivity in a single, compact device means these businesses can transform the workplace with an efficient and reliable solution that can have a positive impact on the bottom line by improving worker productivity and connectedness.”
