For people of a certain age the first name that comes to mind when asked to name a mobile phone brand would be Nokia!
Who can forget the 3310?
and 6210?
Both behemoths in the mobile phone world.
But alas the brand name is being officially axed by its owners Microsoft, The most recent Lumia phones, the Lumia 730/735 and Lumia 830, will likely be the last phones to carry the Nokia brand. The company name tho will carry on as the Nokia branch of Microsoft will still provide telecoms networks and hardware but not mobiles 🙁
