H Power works with the passionate and skilled to define and build their personal brand to establish themselves as leaders online.

How are you different?

I am passionate about helping people to live a life which fulfills them, which excites them and keeps them in flow. For me, investing in your personal branding is an awesome way to build a life and career you love. I work with my clients right from the beginning, understanding their purpose, their mission, their audience and their message long before we start working on their content and marketing strategy. To stand out online you need to cut through the noise by having real clarity on what makes you unique and the audience you want to attract. Personal Branding is often thought of as ‘social media’ and ‘blogging’. I believe it is far more than that, it is your online reputatation which gives you the opportunity to be and achieve everything you’ve dreamed of.

Why will you do well?

Great question! 3 reasons: The first, I practice what I preach, I do not advise my clients to do anything or buy anything that I haven’t done my myself. Integrity is one of my most important values and by always ensuring I am living this value I always know my clients are getting the best service and therefore results they possibly can. The second, I am so passionate about working with people to improve their lives and business. So many people settle for less because they don’t believe there is more out there or worse, they know it’s out there but they don’t have the confidence to go and get it. Finally, I love to learn, develop and adapt so the way I do things is always improving, innovating and moving with the times. I get bored easily, so I’ve turned this into a positive by always ensuring I’m at the forefront of branding, entrepreneurship and personal development (the key skills required for strong personal brands)

Where are you based?

Farnham, Surrey in the UK however I spend time in Bank at the Wework Office. I love the flexibility of working remotely so I work from wherever and am flexible with my clients.

When was the company launched?

I started working in personal branding in 2012 however officially made it my full time passion in 2018 whilst living in Bali.

What have been your biggest wins to date?

Working with some awesome clients including a 7 figure Entrepreneur, a former Apprentice Contestant and an OBE (who is actually my Mum! A dream to be able to work alongside her!

Who are you trying to attract to your product?

Skilled people who are passionate about their niche, be that their work, hobby, or an impactful change they want to make. I love to work with millennials who want to step out of their ‘normal job’ and build a life which fulfils them as well as working with CEOs and Leaders of businesses who want to become Thought Leaders.

What tips would you give to others looking to build their business?

Find someone who you want to emulate and learn everything they do, focus on them and them alone and try not to get distracted by other advice and noise. There is so much online support available that we can actually often get overwhelmed and end up with analysis paralysis. There is not point reinventing the wheel, I’m not suggesting a direct copy of course, but if you need someone to set as a ‘goal’. For me, this would be Gary Vaynerchuk, Amy Porterfield, Tony Robbins and Tim Ferris.

Tell us about your team?

I have a wonderful team, working from all over the world 🙂 I have a content and creative lead as well as a developer and virtual assistant to keep me organised. By having a strong team who work on my brand as well as my clients brand I can ensure my clients are getting the best service possible, because I have possibly the highest standards I know.

What are your plans for the future?

I’d like to inspire 1 million people to define and grow their personal brand. So my plan is to keep growing my brand, keep creating content and keep learning how best to support people.

What are your favourite tech gadgets?

I’m an Apple girl for most of my devices (AirPods, MacBook, iPad) however I am totally 100% a Huawei phone owner and LOVE my Huawei P20 Pro.

What tech gadgets do you wish you could use to help you?

I’d love to have one of those reaaallyy pricey video cameras to create higher quality videos, although I’m not sure I’d know how to use it properly.
