Johnson Hana International are Ireland’s first Legal Process Outsourcing Company. We merge legal talent and technology to change the way routine legal work is carried out by law firms and organisations. We drive efficiency and cost effectiveness into law. Big data means big challenges. Large international law firms and corporations are drowning in a sea of routine legal review requirements. At Johnson Hana International, we’re helping our clients to streamline their legal processes whilst dramatically reducing their legal spend. We take care of large scale document review processes allowing them to focus on high-value core activities, boost productivity and ultimately profit margins.

How are you different?

We are the first LPO provider in Ireland. We offer a unique service solution which enables firms and orgs to outsource document heavy review assignments to our specialist data review centre in Dublin. We are at the forefront of turning Dublin into Europe’s central data review hub. Our skilled workforce are highly educated and experienced with technology and law.

Why will the company and product do well?

It is a unique offering and our skilled workforce, technology solutions and data review facility present as an attractive option over foreign competitors. Many clients advise that offshoring to low cost locations such as India present difficulties such as language and time barriers.

When was the company launched?

Officially on July 1 2016

What have been your biggest wins to date?

We signed a 3 year legal support services contract with ESB and recently signed terms with Siemens. We are also working with firms and orgs within Ireland and internationally who value the quality service we can provide from Dublin.

What type of people are you trying to attract to your product?

Organisations and law firms who are confronted by large scale document heavy legal and compliance related assignments. Our target market is varied. We help smaller operators deal with large scale review processes but also manage the needs of major plcs, who wish to outsource the work in order to focus on high value legal work product. Banks and corporates can benefit in particular as a result of the large volumes of data which requires management and review.

Tell us about your team?

Our team comprises senior legal practitioners, outsourcing entrepreneurs and business people.

What are you long term plans for your product / company?

Our mission is simple. We seek to redefine legal services and help others see that there is a better way to manage large scale legal process assignments. We also seek to drive international work into Dublin to generate jobs. We’re at the forefront of developing Ireland as a hub for data management and review services. It is an exciting time for us and we aim to create 200 jobs in Dublin by the end of 2017.”
