Describe the company – the elevator pitch … is a customized personal shopping service that hand delivers clothes bundles to clients in the Dublin area.

How are you different?

My site is different because it specifically caters to the burgeoning, youthful tech-community that is such a part of the city.

Why will you do well?

I have been in the fashion/styling industry for 10+ years in New York and London, and have worked on everything from campaign shoots and editorials to most recently as a trend consultant at I specialized in outfitting models of all sizes, specifically plus-size, maternity, tall and petite. Because of this, I really understand a wide range of bodies and how to dress everyone to their shape.

Where are you based?

I am based in Ranalegh, where I work from home when I’m not out meeting clients or shopping for them.

When was the company launched?

The site was launched only two months ago and we are already block booked for the upcoming weeks.

Hiya! I'm Jemma Sophie, a long time play horse & enthusiast of creative fashion and styling. I have been in the industry for 10+ years and have recently brought my new company over to Ireland. I started my career in fashion working behind the scenes at the first and only Topshop flagship store in Soho, New York. Working behind the scenes, running across the city for samples and peeking behind the VIP curtains to watch women like Kate Moss (@katemossagency) & Jennifer Lopez (@jlo) get dressed. After graduating university I moved to London where I began working alongside the brilliant @gemmarosebreger assisting in styling celebrity shoots, campaigns and editorials while styling for @womans magazine and online print. I soon began my career at @asos working with the studio team where I brought in styles & trends to dress the models with. My focus was on specialist models, including curve/plus size, maternity, petite and tall. I learned very quickly how to dress women of all shapes and sizes. What pitfalls to avoid and how one trend doesn't work for all. I really believe in the power of a good wardrobe and the confidence it can give you to take on the more important parts of your day. Some of you are new mums, straight out of uni, young professionals, what have you. Sometimes finding what's right for us can be daunting, especially if we lack the confidence to push ourselves to try new things. My team and I are here to free you from the anxiety of changing rooms and feeling overwhelmed by shopping. is a personalised service designed to hand deliver a clothes bundle to your home or office, whenever suits you. All you have to do is try them on in the comfort of your home and ill return to pick up any unwanted items. Thank you for welcoming me to your city & I can't wait to start shopping for you! – Jemma Sophie x

What have been your biggest wins to date?

I remember checking the visitor analytics on the evening of the launch day and being truly overwhelmed to see the response was so high. I think in that moment I realized the desire for this kind of service existed in this city and it felt very promising and exciting.

Who are you trying to attract to your product?

I cater to the elite tech-community that has become such a big part of Dublin. My clients are not only paying for my aesthetic and expertise, but for the convenience of direct delivery.

What tips would you give to others looking to build their business?

Understand what you feel good doing – ask yourself, what makes you feel confident? What environment do I feel comfortable in? I always felt engaged in fashion and loved being a part of it’s creativity; I realized quite early on that I wanted to start my own business dressing others and making them feel confident and good about themselves. Decide what that special skill is and pursue it without pause.

Tell us about your team?

As of now, my team is myself! In the coming months, I will definitely be looking to expand.

What are your long-term plans?

I hope to continue dressing a wide range of clients in Dublin, giving the gift of style and convenience to as many people as possible. From new moms who are relearning their shape and how to dress comfortably while feeling good, to young professionals straight out of uni. Ultimately, I hope to bring this service to more cities as I believe it has the capability to expand all over.

What are your favourite tech gadgets?

Not unlike many of us, I am attached to my phone most of the day. I spend a lot of my day consulting with clients so its important I’m always next to the phone when it rings. I also have a soft spot for Instagram as it keeps me up to date on fashion influencers and new brands.
