When was the company launched?
Founded by the Kelly family in 2001, Glandore is an Irish, family owned and managed company, still run by the Kelly family today.
What have been your biggest wins to date?
It’s been fantastic to see companies like Facebook, Twitter, Dropbox, Ancestry, Eaton Corporation and WorldPay grow within our walls. Glandore has held the position as first home and EMEA headquarters for many international companies.
Since 2001, we have developed long lasting relationships with the many FDI companies and individuals we have hosted. Fifteen years later we’re excited to see many of our alumni returning with their own start-up ventures.
What type of people (market segment) are you trying to attract to your product?
Glandore Members come a range of different industries, from tech and creative backgrounds to aviation, finance and law. Many are start-ups or freelancers, both local and international, whilst others are large enterprises that have been established for many years.
We work very closely with the IDA and Invest NI in supporting the growth and landing space of FDI companies touching down in Dublin & Belfast, but we also work closely with enterprise and start-up initiatives to support the huge growth we are seeing in the Irish start-up community.
Tell us about your team?
We have a wonderful team renowned for their warm, service and flexible can-do attitude. All of our team members are based on-site and the reason our Glandore Members choose to stay and grow with Glandore, is all down to our brilliant team.
Our team believe in the value of connecting people and sharing experiences. The early days are crucial for any company so we act as concierge, connecting our members with trusted, relevant partners, that can assist with anything from banking and recruitment to housing and childcare.
What are your long term plans for your company?
We will continue to support companies and individuals in Dublin and Belfast throughout their various stages of growth and development. We also plan to launch another location in Dublin mid-2017.

As well as this, Glandore Members across our Dublin & Belfast network will be able to engage and interact with each other even further.
Anything else you’d like to add / we should have asked?
Glandore facilitates an immediate set up in fully fitted, innovative workspace with a focus on flexibility.
