Describe the company – the elevator pitch …
Exigence brings to the market the only end-to-end solution that optimizes the full life cycle of critical incident management.
How are you different?
Our cloud-based solution provides a single, unified interface for managing the full life cycle of all critical incidents, including cyber security. We help you efficiently on-board and engage with all stakeholders across the company, as well as with third parties. Our unique Exigence Situation Room helps you ensure that from IT to SecOPs to Sales, Legal, PR, and the C-suite – all relevant parties are optimizing remediation. Furthermore, by leveraging machine learning we provide continual optimization for every phase of the incident management life cycle, and from each event to the next. The results are decreased losses, reduced risk, greater customer satisfaction, and brand equity protection.
Why will you do well?
Critical incidents, either tech or security, hit and affect organization’s operations, customer service and internal productivity. A significant part of the problem is the inefficiency when managing critical incidents and the lack of preparation and learning. Humans and companies rely more and more on tech to perform their daily actions so the ability to minimize those disruptions is a must.

What tips would you give to others looking to build their business?
Be persistent. If you are doing something unique, it’s natural that most people don’t understand the value of it right away. If anyone can think of it, it’s not special and not valuable. You must be passionate about what you are doing because you are enjoying the journey and not just the final result.
Tell us about your team?
Exigence is lead by two co-founders, myself (CEO) and Sagi Keren-Haselkorn (CTO). I am in charge of product, business and investors and Sagi is a very experienced R&D manager leading our product development and operations. We share the same values – being honest, professional and working hard – and complement each other on the professional aspects.
What are your plans for the future?
