Corrata provides organizations with threat defense and usage control software for mobile devices. Our software enables enterprises to protect their employees mobile devices against a wide range of cyber threats such as malware, phishing and insecure wifi and to avoid excessive mobile data costs.

How are you different?

Our software protects against a far wider range of cyber security threats than our competitors because of the innovative way in which we analyze and control device activity

Why will you do well?

Rather than repurposed technologies from the PC world, our approach is designed from the ground up to be mobile centric.

Blackrock, Co. Dublin

When was the company launched?

In 2016

What have been your biggest wins to date?

We’ve delighted to work today with a number of leading companies in the UK and Ireland including RBS, Bank of Ireland, ESB and Sanne Group

Who are you trying to attract to your product?

We sell to medium to large enterprise customers typically working with the Information Security and Enterprise Mobility teams

What tips would you give to others looking to build their business?

Engage with your potential customers/market as early as possible in the process. So even if you have only a powerpoint and website go out there and start to sell

Tell us about your team?

We’ve a great blend of experience and youth ! A number of us have been involved previously in successful mobile software startups including Xiam Technologies, The Now Factory and Arantech as well as having working at global behemoths like Qualcomm, Ericsson and Netscout.

What are your long-term plans?

We believe we have the opportunity to build an Irish cybersecurity company of global significance.

What are your favourite tech gadgets?

Macbook Air – all day battery life, ultra portable and flip the cover and its on.

What tech gadgets do you wish you could use to help you?

A Tesla would be nice but without a driveway not sure where I could charge it !
