When and where is it on?
November 21, 2018 5:30pm-8pm at the Workbench Space at Bank of Ireland, Hamilton Building, Trinity College Dublin

How many years has it been going?
This is the inaugural event and also the kick off launch for Energized CEOs

What was the inspiration to start it?
In early 2018, executive coaches and serial business CEOs James Kilgarriff (England) and Geraldine Smythe (Ireland/USA) met through Bill Baren’s Premium Business Coaching Leadership course, these two business veterans had already run over a dozen successful businesses, plus coached 100s of CEOs and senior company leaders collectively. It wasn’t until after the course, and several months into our monthly ‘accountability’ calls when we realised we were both on a mission to support CEOs, specifically. In the world of sports, unlike business, no one would second guess the need for an Olympian or world-class ball player to require a coach.

So, together we decided it was high-time to co-create a new kind of leadership service to support and nurture good business leaders holistically, both for their professional and personal success. So we founded Energized CEOs, an internationally focused executive coaching and education firm. Its premise is straight forward: Good leaders can become superb forces for positive progress with the right mix of support, coaching, and education.

What exciting things can people look forward to?
Besides getting a chance to expand their individual network with other like-minded Irish executive leaders from across sectors this interactive educational leadership workshop will provide CEOs and leaders the chance to clearly discover, identify and uncover the hidden challenges that may have been holding them back from their full potential and success in business. We will show participants through a series of individual and group exercises and lines of questioning to be able to ensure they can leave with a concrete set of ideas they can apply to get unstuck and unleash fast results in their area of concern for business.

Already for example I’ve heard of people coming to us who are really concerned with team building, hiring, systems management, competition and other topics that we will help them address quickly.
