BBM Music launches in selected markets

We mentioned the BBM Music (BlackBerry messenger Music) service coming to BlackBerry’s before well the time has come and it has now launched in the US, Canada and Australia. The record labels EMI, IODA: Independent Online Distribution Alliance, Sony Music Entertainment,  The Orchard, Universal Music Group, VidZone Digital Media, and Warner Music Group have all signed up to the service. The premium version is 4.99 per month and for that you can download 50 tracks to listen to which you can share over BBM with fellow premium users. The service is on offer as a free 30 day trial to those in the select countries after which if you dont opt for the premium service then you can only listen to a 30 second preview of each song.
