BBC News is a well designed, customisable App which aggregates news from the BBC News Website. Categories ranging from “Top Stories” to “Business” and “Sport” can be added or removed from the main page easily personalising what news you see within the App.
Each category scrolls horizontally with a Thumbnail image and headline for each story which are clickable to expand to read the full story.
Where available, accompanying videos can be viewed from within each story. There is also the ability to watch or listen to a brief World News summary, or to stream the Live BBC World Service through the App.
Each story contains the usual options to share via what ever suitable Apps you have installed on your device such as Twitter of Gmail. The App can also be set to update in the background at chosen intervals.
