Rent the Runway, in conjunction with ITAG Digital Women’s Forum, is hosting An Evening with Rent the Runway’s Women in Tech on Tuesday, February 4, 2020 in its European Headquarters in Galway. The night will kick off at 5:30PM with networking, bubbles and light bites.
This female lead event will feature Anushka Salinas, COO of Rent the Runway and Becky Case, VP of Engineering at Rent the Runway who will both discuss how Rent the Runway uses data in innovative ways to provide better outcomes for customers and businesses, and scaling technology in a unique environment – lessons learned and future visions, respectively.
The evening will finish with a panel discussion on the causes of gender imbalance in the tech industry and what we can do to tackle it. This topic will be discussed by Siobhan Dervan, Engineering Manager; Anne Marie Nolan, Senior Engineer; and Aoife Leonard, Software Engineer, all of Rent the Runway.
Rent the Runway is hiring 150 engineers and tech developers over the next three years in the company’s first operation outside of the United States.
