The social media management space is saturated. People are creating social media management tools and everyone feels like theirs offers up the perfect solution to help users stay on top of their accounts. However most tools tend to be missing basic critical features. Enter Agorapulse

I have been using Agorapulse over the past week and it is safe to say that this is by far the best social media management tool on the market at the moment.

I have a busy account however I am more than capable than managing notifications at the moment so I personally don’t require a management tool but there are a lot of businesses, brands and users who will benefit from using a tool to stay on top of social media interactions.

Time can be lost managing and looking at favourites, comments, tweets, retweets, mentions and all kinds of different social interactions. Agorapulse has designed an inbox to help you quickly review, act on and dismiss notifications and help you get down to zero.

When I logged into Agorapulse there is a clear overview of each account’s inbox with everything that I need to review.

Having a structured inbox allows you to identify potential customers or brands which you can connect with on a regular basis. You get the impression that Agorapulse wants to be your one stop place for all your social media management and that is an ambitious aim.

However, they are certainly heading in the right direction. They don’t have all the features we need right at the moment however they have covered a decent amount of them.

Most importantly, Agorapulse is very reasonably priced. If you are a small business, agency or brand then you will be able to start using Agorapulse for a little as €29 per month with the highest plan coming in at €199 per month. It is a far amount away from the hundreds of euros that other companies charge to use their software.

Agorapulse also offers a fantastic set of report tools which give you an overview of everything you could possibly want to know about your social media accounts from publishing and engagement to top tweets, top hashtags, community management and monitoring and awareness.

Agorapulse also offers the ability to download your reports in powerpoint format which is not offered by any other social media management tool on the market.

Agorapulse also has extensive publishing tools where you can build up a queue of tweets to go out, you can see a calendar of posts you have published and finally a tab which has everything you have published so far.

There is also an app which you can download and manage your social media accounts on the go. So how does it stack up to the competition? Check out this infographic which pits 4 top social media management tools against each other to see who comes out on top.

Agorapulse comes out on top especially in terms of value for money. At the moment you can add Facebook, Instagram and Twitter profiles and is used by some top brands such as VW, Playstation, Pepsi and McDonalds.

I have been incredibly impressed with Agorapulse, it could well be another tool I decide to add to my social media arsenal and it is definitely a tool you should consider and try out for yourself.
