Zartis helping refugees and asylum seekers through educational scholarships

Zartis is an Irish software services provider, with a talented team of 280+ professionals based across EMEA and LATAM. Focusing on technology strategy consulting, as well as staff augmentation services, Zartis is ISO27001 certified and has a strong focus on delivering high-quality and secure solutions. They partner with firms across financial services, healthcare, media, logistics technology, and renewable energy among many others, and work with a broad array of modern technologies.

Another thing that Zartis does very well is running Level Up an initiative focused on supporting those in or fleeing conflict areas through educational opportunities. The programme, which is now entering its 5th year, aims to empower people in precarious situations to acquire new skills and thus gain access to new career opportunities in order to transform their lives. The programme has already supported 70 aspiring professionals and has enabled many of them to get hired by renowned companies such as HubSpot, Accenture, Ericsson, and more.

This year, Level Up is kicking off with Professional Digital Marketing Scholarships, provided by Digital Marketing Institute (DMI). These digital marketing scholarships will help refugees and asylum seekers in Ireland and across the world.

DMI offers a range of digital marketing certifications that kickstart, enhance and advance the careers of professionals across the world. With 220,000+ members and 25,000+ certified professionals, DMI sets the standard for the digital marketing industry.

DMI Pro is a comprehensive digital marketing course that offers practical knowledge and relevant skills; it gives marketers the key disciplines they need to succeed in the modern workplace. Graduates will be supported by the Digital Marketing Institute’s membership community, including access to the networking opportunities that it carries. Additionally, Zartis team members will also aid their transformation to be ready for the job market.

One of the graduates, who has subsequently started a career in Ireland at Starwood Hotels says, “Even mentioning such a course in my resume was great. This scholarship helped me a lot in attending several job interviews, and in the end, I succeeded.”

With 63% of businesses increasing their digital marketing budgets just this past year, the annual growth rate of the digital marketing industry from 2023 to 2028 is projected at 13%. The Level Up: Digital Marketing scholarships aim to address a growing need for professionals in the market, while enabling those who would not have the access or means to enter the field otherwise.

Ken Fitzpatrick, CEO at DMI stated, “Supporting Zartis and the Level Up initiative is something that Digital Marketing Institute are delighted to continue. We have already seen hugely positive career success for a large number of participants in this initiative through our DMI Pro scholarships and we look forward to more success.in the future”

By the end of 2023, Level Up alumni will have the skills and the certification to enter the job market as Digital Marketing Professionals. The DMI programme focuses on preparing students to gain advanced knowledge that can help them get hired in today’s job market.

The course is 100% online, which means anyone around the world can access the content in their own time. No former experience in marketing is required; however, all applicants should complete a Digital Diagnostic by Digital Marketing Institute before they are accepted to the programme.
