ENgangue: what do you think about these nominations?
KChivhima: I am so humbled to be among these great women; the nominations mean a lot to ZipCoin team; and we are just so excited to be here.
ENgangue: what do your customers value most about your business?
KChivhima: Passion and “Most Awesome”; low money transfers, community spirit and engagement; convenience and flexible money transfer options
ENgangue: What inspired you to start your business?
KChivhima: The high cost of sending money to Africa was just too much; lack of options, poor customer service; and the communities were looking for leadership and guidance in the remittance space
ENgangue: Any advice for new business owners just getting started?
KChivhima: Be patient; know the challenges and market for your product; get involved with your community. Market your product; and don’t let anyone bring you down- follow your dreams and people will feel the passion and will support you.
ENgangue: Can you give us one tip for balancing entrepreneurship with parenthood?
KChivhima: Learn to Delegate
