What is your background briefly?
I am the President & CEO of Morgate Consulting Solutions Inc. (“MCS”), premiere boutique in Calgary, Alberta that provide business and consulting services in large Oil and Gas, private and public companies across North America in areas of strategic planning, business analysis, process improvement, change management, project and product management areas. Holds a Bachelor of Computer Science, as well as a Master of Business Administration from USA and Canada.
Does it seem like a logical background to what you do now?
Most definitely as my work involves the strategic thinking, operational effectiveness, customer relationship development and ability to work with C-level suite executives, Vendors, IT and to be the Voice of the Customer (VOC) in understanding business requirements, problems and
opportunities to ensure solution is build to meet these specification.
It is a plus, as this role prepares me to be an effective leader, team player and someone who can look at a big picture in identifying channels to develop various marketing techniques as well as sales strategies to reach the widest possible customer base for KuBitX.
1 min pitch for what you are doing now?
Currently I’m the Lead Practice Lead for SAP HCM and Ceridian Dayforce Implementation project for TransCanada Pipelines (TCPL) for Canada, USA and Mexico.
Why did you get involved with this ICO?
Actually, I have been a crypto, stock and commodity trader ever since my teenage years and love every bit of it; the experience and excitement it brings is unbelievable. Via networking I was introduced to Victor A, the KuBitX visionary who then introduced me to the ICOs space. We bounced our ideas on ICOs vs crypto trading and amazingly found out that both of us are very passionate about the blockchain crypto Fintech industry and we could leverage each other’s strengths, abilities and weaknesses.
Why do you think it is such a powerful idea?
The world is changing, the way we do business is changing, millenium are taking over the world by using the internet, machine learning, big data thinking, social media and empowering everyone especially in the emerging African and Asia markets is the mandate for KuBitX. The platform shall be easy to use, intuitive, affordable, reachable and built based on real customer needs that shall add business value and transform their lives forever.
