Interesting interview with Caroline McEnery who will be sharing her insights at the eCommerce Summit in Tralee, October 2nd and 3rd, 2019
1 min pitch for what you are doing now?
We provide cost effective HR solutions and support to small, medium and large businesses. This allows them to focus on their core business while we proactively manage HR activity. Our top services include Employment law advice, investigation and mediation services, tailored training courses on various areas and dispute resolution just to mention a few.
We celebrated 10 years in business recently and are growing as a business. To mark the anniversary Caroline wrote a children’s book called ‘Celebrating You’. We wanted to give something back to the community in a positive way and this can be used to motivate discussions around diversity and inclusivity – both at home and at work. It is also hoped that other companies will use it as part of their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programmes.
What are your plans for the future?
The HR Suite has many service offerings available that can complement a company’s current HR team. We would like to be trusted partners with more multi-national companies and continue to grow the business to be the top HR
Consultancy & training company in Ireland. We want to be the best we can be and offer our clients a full Suite of HR Services geared to improve the workplace through exceptional service & quality products.

About the Event
e-Commerce has been seen as something of a dark art over the years. Our conference is taking steps to address that in a practical way. Why is it different?
- We will be running workshops in conjunction with discussion groups.
- We have lined up experienced service providers to demonstrate the how while you ask why?
- We will show how you do not have to be an e-Commerce expert to utilise the tools available and you can get started as soon as you want.
Why did we pick Tralee?
Timing. The southwest of Ireland has always been a place of industry and invention. Being so far from our capital has always meant that. As work practices evolve and people’s desires for balance increase, we felt it was time to start building on the power of what is possible today due to technological advances.
We felt it was important also to start building a real network for people to collaborate and help each other out. The need to travel to gain access to this knowledge has always been expensive and time consuming. We want to solve that.
Tralee has never been better positioned to become a commercial centre for e-commerce in Kerry and by extension, Ireland. With the growing reputation of Tralee Institute of Technology (soon to become Munster Technical University) we have a facility that could, for the first time produce a set of courses for students and professionals that enable them to become best in class.
Finally, there are a number of experienced service providers in the locale who most people do not know about in our industry. We want to shine a light on these companies and make them known to the industry.
