How many years has it been going?
Chatbot & Voice Summit was founded in 2016 by Yoav Barel, a tech-entrepreneur from Israel. To date, 5 successful international conferences were held in Berlin and in Tel Aviv.

What was the inspiration to start it?
The conference was founded to bring the world’s most influential brands, global technology leaders, and fast-growing startups together, who are partnering to build the best in class natural language experiences and take them to market.
What exciting things can people look forward to?
Participants are offered the exclusive opportunity to get in touch with influential brands, global technology leaders as well as fast-growing start-ups that accelerate the digital transformation. The aim: Improving the customer experience with Conversational AI.
What opportunities are on offer for those attending?
In addition to the Chatbot & Voice Summit at STATION Berlin participants are invited to interactive workshops as well as offsite events such as local meet-ups, exclusive roundtables and educational programs. The event also offers lots of networking opportunities from ‘Bots over Beers’ on the first day to the ‘Dances with Bots’ party at one of Berlin’s most exciting places on the last day. Leading companies like BMW Group, Mercedes-Benz, Google, Adobe, TÜV Rheinland Service and Vodafone Group will be on site.

Nikola Aschoff, Head of Extended Digital Services at Mercedes-Benz, highlights the innovations and challenges of Voice & Conversational AI.
Leonid Mishkind, Technical Product Owner for Chatbots & Virtual Assistants at Vodafone Group, talks about the journey of the globally interacting Vodafone’s TOBi Bot.
Dr. Nava Shaked, Head of Multidisciplinary Studies at the HIT Holon Institute of Technology, deals with the question of how effective interaction via VUI arises.

Susse Sønderby Jensen, Sr. Experience Designer at Adobe, is all about voice integration with Adobe XD. She believes that we’ll all talk more to our mobile devices instead of looking at them.
Optimization everywhere: Bernhard Pflugfelder, NLP Lead and Data Science Advisor at BMW Group, uses Conversational AI to simplify business processes.
Akemi Tsunagawa, founder and CEO of Bespoke Inc. is also on board. Bespoke Inc. is one of the fastest-growing chatbot start-ups in the travel industry.
Best practices drive businesses forward. Wally Brill, Head of Conversation Design Advocacy & Education at Google, develops and maintains them in Conversation Design.
