The future of UIB Holdings Pte. Ltd. (UIB) looks brighter than ever, as the company was recently picked as official WhatsApp Enterprise API Partner.
Effectively, this means that client companies using UIB’s messaging platform will now avail of faster access to WhatsApp, enabling their customers to have a secure communications channel for cloud-connected software, chatbots, and many other services.
Speaking about the milestone, UIB’s CEO Toby Ruckert said, “With more than 1.5 billion users in 180 countries, we are thrilled to see this UIB partnership with WhatsApp. Every day, more users add UIB’s UnificationEngine®-powered SmartContract® to their smartphone’s address books so they can use WhatsApp to talk to all of their connected ‘things’ and services.”
UIB, whose core mission is the simplification of human-machine communication, now serves as a “Fast Pass” for companies that choose to use WhatsApp to create conversational interfaces with their customers.
