With Zoltan Tuendik Co-Founder and Head of Business at Picante Media and Events / European Gaming Media and Events
When and where is it on?
The Picante Tech Conference Europe take place in Prague at Vienna House Andel’s Prague (Andel’s by Vienna House Prague) between 3-4 September.
How many years has it been going?
The 2019 edition is the inaugural conference that we organize in tech after accumulating experience in organizing 4 yearly compliance related gaming conferences in Budapest, Prague, Riga, Vienna, Ljubljana, Vilnius and Milan.
By putting an effort to creating a quality event, we are certain that Picante Tech Conference Europe will become a successfully yearly event.
What was the inspiration to start it?
There are many exhibitions and conferences in Europe which focus on highlighting the latest technology, but there is a lack in quality boutique style events where 150-200 delegates dive into concentrated content and also have the opportunity to network in a relaxed manner. We have implemented our style of doing a conference with European Gaming Media and Events and planning to bring this experience to the TECH industry as well. We plan to organize even more conference in 2020 that have a special focus on the Baltics and Scandinavian region.
Hopefully, we will be able to somehow replicate a Silicon Valley in Europe with the help of potential partners and of course the European Commission.
What exciting things can people look forward to?
We are planning lots of engaging discussions which focus on industries such as AI, Blockchain, Fintech, Telecommunications, Quantum Technology, Nano Technology, XR (Extended Reality – embedding Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality and Mixed Reality), Internet of Thing (IoT) and many more. The panel discussions will bring together +40 expert speakers and of course we are planning special networking sessions for delegates to exchange ideas and business cards.
We must also mention that we have a special guest who is best known for developing and installing barometric sensors in his body. Manel Muñoz will take part in fireside chat and discuss how cyborgs are perceived nowadays versus the end of the 20th century and how extending and creating new senses and perceptions by applying technology to the human body can help humanity reach a new level.
What opportunities are on offer for those attending?
We are currently offering 3 types of tickets at the Super Early Bird rate from which all types of entrepreneurs and managers can benefit by the 30th of June.
The ticket includes access to the conference, access to the networking breaks and party, buffet lunch and access to the recorded panel discussions.
For the second day (4 September), up to 50 delegates can take part in networking boat trip in Prague and enjoy the sights of the city from the river while enjoying a lunch and drinks.
Join us in Prague for a full day of thought leadership sessions, networking, fantastic food, and evening social gathering! You can register here!
