Lotto TV presenter, Nuala Carey was on-hand today to launch the National Lottery's Apple IOS Mobile App update which now includes a user friendly Touch ID feature.
When Apple launched the iPhone 5S they added the Touch ID feature which allows you to access certain apps more securely and easily. Most of the apps that incorporate the Touch ID feature include banking apps and shopping apps such as Amazon.
The latset app to incorporate Touch ID is the National Lottery app and the introduction of Touch ID means that the App is more accessible allowing players a quick and safe way to play National Lottery games. Between them, the National Lottery’s IOS Apple and Android Apps have more than 700,000 installs, with that figure growing by 10,000 each week. That means that one in four National Lottery players have now downloaded the App which allows them to play National Lottery games responsibly anywhere in Ireland.
