Techstars Startup Week and Proptech Ireland to run event on the use of AI in real estate

As part of Techstars Startup Week Dublin, Proptech Ireland are delighted to welcome Antony Slumbers to the RDS Members Club for a conversation on the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in real estate on October 24th 2019. Antony Slumbers is a renowned international speaker on a range of emerging technologies that are transforming the global real estate industry, including artificial intelligence (AI). Artificial Intelligence, or AI, has the potential to transform aspects of urban planning, construction and property (development and management).

Now in their second year, Techstars Startup Week Dublin is powered by Dublin City Council and it brings entrepreneurs, innovators, local leaders, and friends together over five days this October 21st – 25th to build momentum and opportunity around community’s unique entrepreneurial identity. Those who attend the events throughout the week are promised community building, networking opportunities, scaling business advice and more information about starting a company.

With a ‘community first’ ethos, over 60% of the events are designed, delivered and run by community builders in Dublin City in multiple venues across the city. During Startup Week Dublin 2018, there were over 54 entrepreneur and tech community organised events which took place in 34 venues with 115 speakers and coaches leading to over 2500 attendees in the first year.

For this special and ‘one-off’ event, Techstars Startup Week and Proptech Ireland provide an in conversation style event with UK proptech evangelist and recognised Space As A Service expert Antony Slumbers to evaluate use cases across the built environment. With more than two decades experience in software development and as a technology strategist in commercial real estate, Antony is also a member of the Leadership Board of CRETech, mentor at MetaProp RE200 and ranked as having the no.1 non-US commercial real estate blog. He was also listed as No. 7 in Duke Long’s Top 10 Most Influential Online Commercial Real Estate People in 2018.

There will be presentations throughout the afternoon from Mihai Penica, Head of Software at Standard Access and Houssem Jerbi, CEO of Smart PMO too.
