Taylor Wessing partners with Legora to enhance legal services through AI innovation

Global law firm Taylor Wessing has announced a partnership with Legora, the collaborative AI for lawyers, as part of its ongoing commitment to innovation and delivering outstanding client service.

Following a successful pilot involving more than 80 lawyers across multiple Taylor Wessing offices, Legora will be rolled out firmwide. The platform will be supported with training tailored to each practice area to ensure colleagues get the most out of the new technology.

Legora is designed to support day-to-day legal work, acting as a virtual assistant to help with tasks such as case analysis, document and table review, drafting support, and more. It integrates with key platforms to fit seamlessly into existing workflows.

• Due diligence and contract review – Enhancing the turnaround and quality of mass reviews.
• Contract and case insights – Highlights key clauses and risk areas to support faster decision-making.
• Drafting support – Offers suggestions to help improve clarity and efficiency in written work.
• Proactive risk tools – Uses predictive analytics to help spot issues early and manage them effectively.

The firm’s experience in this space is well-established. As one of Europe’s leading law firms for AI-related transactions (Pitchbook, Q1 2025), Taylor Wessing has advised on many of the market’s standout deals including Rezolve Ai’s establishment of up to $1billion Bitcoin Treasury Programme, Peak Ai’s acquisition by UiPath, Rezolve AI’s NASDAQ listing and DeepL’s recent funding round. The firm also advised Legora with its set up in 2023.
