Sumo Logic Extends Machine Data Analytics Platform Availability to Europe

Sumo Logic has announced that it will participate in DevOps Week Dublin September 15-29, 2014. DevOps Week Dublin offers a full week of presentations exploring the latest DevOps solutions and the future of the DevOps movement.

Sumo Logic is a next-generation machine data intelligence company that leverages Big Data for real-time IT insights. The company’s cloud-based service provides customers like GoGo Inflight, McGraw-Hill, Medallia, Netflix, Orange and SolarCity with real-time interactive analytics at petabyte scale. The Sumo Logic service is powered by Elastic Log Processing and LogReduce technologies, and transforms machine data into actionable insights for IT operations, application management, and security and compliance teams.

Following Sumo Logic’s $30 million Series D funding round in May, the company has expanded availability of its platform into the Europe and Asia Pacific. Sumo Logic customers in Europe are now supported by a new production-ready data center in Ireland. Global enterprises including Orange and Unilever are using the Sumo Logic service to optimise their application and security operations.

On September 15 from 2-5:00pm GMT, Sumo Logic will introduce the Sumo Logic machine data analytics platform in a workshop to DevOps Week Dublin delegates. Attendees will be guided through set-up of a free, two-month trial account and learn to perform rapid root-cause analysis, as well as identify anomalies within machine data that point to security incidents.
