SocialTalent Launches New SaaS Learning Solution

SocialTalent, an online learning technology solution for recruitment and sales, has launched its new brand and learning technology platform offering companies globally, a complete learning solution to change how people work and enable companies to measure their Return on Learning (ROL).

SocialTalent is an Irish start-up bootstrapped by two friends, Vincent O’Donoghue and Johnny Campbell, who in less than five years, have moved the company from a social media consultancy to a SaaS learning solution bringing in €7 million revenue and working with companies such as Oracle, Randstad, GSK, Kelly Services, Manpower and AXA.

Commenting on the launch, Johnny Campbell, CEO SocialTalent, “We started the company with the vision of changing how people work. We saw how technology was disrupting the recruitment industry and that by better scaling how recruiters use new and existing technology, we could drive efficiency and significantly better business outcomes. We are excited to share our complete learning solution which not only drives changes in working habits but crucially allows companies to measure their Return on Learning (ROL) and the value of those changes.”

The SocialTalent platform offers a full library of expert content – featuring insights from industry experts like Stacy Donovan Zapar, Johnny Campbell, John Vlastelica, and many more. Learning is delivered in real-time coaching nudges as people work and by combining this learning with analytics and employee recognition software, enables companies to measure, change and reward teams’ learning and their work behaviours with measurable results.

The new brand and platform release reflects the SocialTalent’s vision of providing teams and managers with the technology to measure the Return on Learning (ROL), helping budget holders to realise the true value of investing in team training to directly impact the bottom line.
