By Brian Roe, Servecentric CEO
In August 2002, in a landscape reeling from the effects of the dot-com bust of 2000, a new company was set up to deliver Colocation and IT services from a recently built, state-of-the-art Data Centre facility in Blanchardstown, West Dublin.
20 years on from that brave decision, Servecentric continues to provide secure, resilient core IT platform services amid a rapidly changing technological landscape.
The company now delivers Enterprise Public Cloud, Colocation and Connectivity services to over 80 customers, is host to over 15 telecoms carrier services and maintains an onsite presence at all times to deliver a range of proactive 24 x 7 x 365 support services.
In a world now dominated by cloud giants such as Amazon, Microsoft and Google, Servecentric remains a privately owned, Irish company with a simple set of core values aimed at delivering unrivalled customer service levels without ever compromising on security and availability.
To this end, we hold ISO 27001, ISO 9001 and ISO 20000 certifications along with attested PCI-DSS compliance. Additionally, our primary Data Centre facility holds ISO 14000 (environmental management) and ISO 50001 (energy management) standards.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank all our suppliers, partners and our fantastic team for your work and support in delivering the exceptional service we provide.
Above all, I want to thank all our customers, past and present for your support throughout the years. Without you, we are nothing.
