SEC pursue crypto exchanges while Homelands security declare Blockchain workers as key workers

In Oct 2019 SEC and BlockOne came to an agreement resulting in BlockOne paying $24 million. Since then what has the SEC been up to with Cryptos since?

BlockOne is part of EOS. which was the largest ICO ever to date raising $4 billion. They did reach an agreement with the SEC and paid $24 billion. The SEC is still pursuing Telegram which raised $1.7 billion so it will be interesting to see what happens with that one too. The initial handful of investors who bought $20 million of Gram tokens at 33cents will be hoping that the SEC and Telegram will indeed reach a settlement in April 2020 as the price of Gram tokens is currently trading at $2.

The SEC has recently filled claims against 7 crypto exchanges as it claims they have broken SEC regulations by selling Tokens which were securities. Meanwhile the US Homeland Security has stated that Blockchain mangers are part of the critical infrastructure in the fight against Coronavirus along with those in the food and healthcare sectors. Thus one Govt dept is questioning businesses that used Blockchain technology and another department is stating Blockchain workers are key. Not what one may have forecasted!
