Scurri, the global software provider that connects and optimises the eCommerce ordering, shipping and delivery process, is delighted to announce that it has been officially recognised as one of the Best Workplaces in Ireland in 2023.
Headquartered in Wexford town, Scurri is a Delivery Management platform that connects and optimises the online ordering, shipping, and delivery process for online retailers. Scurri adds value at multiple stages along the eCommerce journey: From helping get the purchase over the line in the basket, to selecting the most effective delivery option for each package, creating accurate labels, tracking the packages, and running analytics to deliver insight to support process improvement.
This is Scurri’s fifth consecutive year to be named as a top Irish workplace, which is assessed through Great Place to Work’s robust ‘Trust Index©’ employee survey and a thorough ‘Culture Audit©’ assessment of their policies and practices. Scurri was recognised as the 24th Best Small Workplace in Ireland 2023 from a list of 40 companies.
“Over the past few years, the eCommerce industry has had to deal with a particularly challenging path, with many obstacles along the way. I am pleased to note that despite this, Scurri continues to lead the industry and offer an exciting work environment for everyone within our company. Our culture is a vital component of our business, and one that I am particularly proud of as we continue to navigate the ever-evolving eCommerce sector,” said Rory O’Connor, CEO and Founder of Scurri.
“Making sure our staff feel heard and helping them be their best selves is one of our priorities. It is important to stay committed to creating an environment in which our high performance teams can drive innovation and flourish,” added Heather Reynolds, Chief People Officer.
