SAS Institute and The Analytics Store join forces to work with organizations to build in-house analytics capabilities.
LinkedIn’s recent analysis of the Global Top Skills of 2016 revealed that statistical analysis and data mining was the #2 most demanded skill by Irish employers last year. To help meet this increasing demand for analytics and data science talent, SAS Institute and The Analytics Store are joining forces to work with organizations who want to build their own in-house analytics teams.
For over 40 years SAS has been committed to improving education, operations and training delivery to its software customers. With this in mind, SAS has partnered with The Analytics Store, a local Irish company, to enhance its education offering. With The Analytics Store’s unique blend of customised training and mentoring, combined with SAS’s advanced analytics software, SAS customers will have access to an enhanced education service tailored directly to their needs.
“The key word here is tailored” comments Aoife D’Arcy, Managing Director of The Analytics Store. “Over the past 8 years, we’ve helped many organisations to build their own analytics capability, but everyone’s requirements are different. With this new agreement, SAS customers will gain seamless access to a local education partner who can deliver tailored training programmes to meet their needs over their analytics journey”
Myles Hannon, Head of Education SAS UK & Ireland, commented, “Our philosophy of driving analytical skills development, through innovative learning programmes, aligns perfectly with the strategy of The Analytics Store. Our new relationship demonstrates our joint commitment to learning and development for customer success, both now and in the future, supporting our ambition to become the leading provider of SAS Analytics training in Ireland”.
Launch Event: An executive breakfast briefing to lunch the partnership is being held on Thursday 1st June 2017 at Shelbourne Hotel, starting from 8:30. Speakers include Myles Hannon, Head of Education at SAS, Aoife D’Arcy, Managing Director, The Analytics Store and guest speaker, Rory Timlin, Analytics & Artificial Intelligence Lead at Accenture’s new Centre for Innovation
