SAMSUNG NEW GALAXY S7 SMARTPHONE MAKES SPECTACULAR ARRIVAL IN IRELAND VIA JET PACK!
Samsung Galaxy s7 and s7 Edge Launch “A new perspective”
Brief review by David Akinsanya.
Seriously! do not blink.
Officially launched in Dublin RDS on March 8, 2016 amidst fanfare of celebrity gathering and a world class stunt by Jet Man’s grand entry onto the stage and yes, flying! And guest were entertained to music by Ryan Sheridan in the all blue room.
Also presented alongside the flagship device is the Samsung VR headset and an opportunity for everyone present to try out the reality of the trending technology which has been claimed to be the next big thing.
Samsung claims the s7 is the best phone ever and judging from its specification and design with a choice of 32GB or 64GB memory, 4GB of Ram, 5MP front camera and 12MP back camera that is enhanced for low light due to its f1.7 aperture, we think it’s going to be very hard to disprove the claim.
The s7 shows that Samsung have listened to customers agitation to have the microSD card expansion capability return and the s7 offers just that up to 200GB expansion, and even more including waterproof capability, VR connectivity, and extended battery life at 3000mAh.
It’s a true winner.
Samsung Ireland announced that the new Samsung Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 edge will be officially available. To mark its arrival on Irish shores, Samsung created a unique, attention grabbing stunt, which saw Nick Macomber, AKA JetPackMan, fly via his personal jet pack over Dublin’s iconic Ha’penny Bridge and land on a pontoon beside O’Connell bridge, where he handed one of the first S7s to Irish model Thalia Heffernan.
Created for today’s consumer lifestyle, Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 edge brings a refined design, more advanced camera, streamlined software and unparalleled connectivity to a Galaxy of products, services, and experiences.
Sleek Design, Water Resistance and Durable to Touch
The 5.1-inch Galaxy S7 and 5.5-inch Galaxy S7 edge are constructed with 3D glass and metal – all in a sleek design with durability and ergonomic curves for a comfortable grip. From work to play, the device’s new Always-On Display, gives a simplified, zero touch experience where you don’t need to worry about missing a call or important notification. In fact you can submerge your Galaxy S7 or S7 edge in almost 5 feet of water for 30 minutes with its IP68 water and dust resistance capability. Edge UX, the advanced edge experience available on Galaxy S7 edge, creates easy shortcuts to most loved functions ranging from email, selfie mode, panorama mode or third party applications.
