Ireland’s only software conference for the tech community, Rebelcon has announced an impressive line up of national and international speakers on the topics of software engineering, architecture, machine learning, big data, Internet of Things, design, test and team culture among others. Rebelcon 2o19 takes place over 2 days on 19 and 20 June at the Clayton Hotel Cork City.
Run by the development community for the development community Rebelcon will see software engineers, testers, designers and product managers sharing industry insights, future trends and best practice approaches through a series of workshops, followed by a full day conference with national and international software leaders.
“From culture to security, from Kubernetes to Kotlin, Rebelcon aims to provide a world-class event for the tech sector in Ireland. The focus of Rebelcon has always been the software community, particularly developers, designers and testers, and this year we expect that this line up of US, UK and Irish speakers will attract more than 300 attendees” said RebelCon co-founder Damien Daly.
Now in its third year, Rebelcon comprises 2 days of workshops and talks on the latest technology, culture and development practices in the software industry. Speakers from the Financial Times, Symantec, Johnson Controls, Instil, Photobox, Google and CIT among others will be addressing the event. The event is hosted by Poppulo, with support from it@cork Skillnet and software houses across Ireland including Teamwork, Johnson Controls and Dell EMC.
