Digital services and IT solutions provider, Presidio has announced the appointment of Alan Claffey to VP Sales, Product Procurement for the European business. This senior appointment will see Alan continue to grow Presidio’s IT Procurement business in Europe and across the globe with a scalable structure that ensures Presidio continues to deliver a best-in-class service to its customers.
In his new role, Alan will oversee the daily operations of the IT Procurement sales team and Presidio’s dedicated Apple Practice , interact with global OEMs at a strategic level to plan, manage, and achieve growth objectives. Alan will also provide mentorship to his sales team in order to ensure their professional growth and development.
Alan has over 25 years’ experience in the tech and telco industries. He is a passionate Sales Leader with a track record of delivering transformational business results.

Prior to becoming VP of Sales at Presidio, Alan held the position of Head of Vodafone Global Enterprise Ireland, Vodafone Ireland. He also had roles as Head of Direct Sales and Head of Key Account Sales at Vodafone.
