Planning for success in a remote environment – Aspira launch new webinar series

Aspira has launched their second series of free live webinars to support businesses as they adapt to new working practices and plan for the future under the COVID-19 public health restrictions. You can sign up for the webinars at www.aspira.ie/events.

The webinars will run for five weeks, with a new one every Wednesday from 13th May to 10th June. The series will cover topics such as leveraging the potential of your new remote workforce and adapting your business strategy for the months ahead.

The first webinar, to be delivered by Peter Ryan, Aspira Managing Director, Europe and Russell Moore, Account Manager, Aspira Europe, will explore current industry trends and the practical steps companies can take now to ensure they continue to have the necessary resources to deliver projects.

Speaking on the webinars, Aspira’s CEO Pat Lucey said: “As we settle into our new working routines, now is the time to plan for the future, whatever that might look like. Following our recent successful webinar series which looked at more immediate concerns, we want to empower businesses to ensure they have the right tools and knowledge as we move into the next phase of Covid-19 restrictions.

“Our team will be sharing their insights so you can get the most out of your remote teams, put the right resources and structures in place and build a new strategic direction – not just for survival but for success.”

Aspira is a specialist Project Management and Technology consultancy, focusing on Enterprise IT Solutions, with offices in Dublin, Cork and the Netherlands. Offering Managed IT, Software Development, Testing and Training services internationally, Aspira has been named as one of Deloitte’s Fast 50 for the past six years and was twice listed in the Financial Times Top Thousand companies in Europe.
