PayPal donates to four Irish charities as part of its Community Impact Grants programme

PayPal has announced that it has donated €18,600  (20,000 USD) to four Irish charities as part of its Community Impact Grants programme. PayPal employees at the Dublin office nominated An Taisce, Down Syndrome Ireland, Focus Ireland, and Junior Achievement to receive the funds this year.

Through PayPal’s Community Impact Grants programme, employees vote to select local charities that align with PayPal’s mission of creating economic opportunity and improving financial health for all. Employees will also contribute their time, skills and resources throughout the year and next to support these non-profit organisations which are addressing the specific needs of local communities.

The PayPal Community Impact Grants Programme, which awards local nonprofits selected by our employees in Ireland, with financial grants, pro bono support, and access to volunteers among other resources, is a fantastic example of this culture.
