OVERSUBSCRIBED How to Get People Lining Up To Do Business With You reviewed
This book is quite readable, with a compelling premise. Do what the author says and you will get more customers and business. Price yourself so high that only eight people in the world can afford what you are offering. By the end too he throws in a cryptic comment that says he debated including one of his chapters, as he felt he was perhaps giving too much away. But his better side concluded that this was the right thing to do, but you had to guess which chapter it was that he meant.
All very intriguing, and perhaps, very helpful to your business. Or perhaps someone selling snake oil and a handful of dreams. As the book goes along you begin to wonder if it was all this easy why then was not everyone nailing it, and being super successful. This book might be really helpful for you, and enable you to grow your business. Or you might concude that the guy is like those people in the markets, great at telling a story and convincing you that you are buying something that is really special, and you are really fortunate to be holding in your hands.
On one hand he raises some useful points, but on the other hand we certainly found ourselves at times wondering if this was anything more than smoke and mirrors. One to make up your own mind about!
