Over 1000 delegates to attend biggest Asia-Ireland event of the year in Dublin and Cork

Over 1,000 delegates are expected to attend the second Asia Business Week, which includes a series of eight business and cultural events aimed at developing trade and investment opportunities between Ireland and Asian and will take place in Dublin and Cork from 8th to 14th July. Asia Business Week Ireland 2015 was officially launched today (3 June) by the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government Alan Kelly T.D.

Speakers at Asia Business Week Ireland 2015 include business leaders from Asia, EU and Ireland, as well as top ranking Government Ministers, EU officials and high level ranking government delegations from across Asia and will provide a unique networking opportunity for Irish businesses that are looking to grow by expanding into Asia.

Speaking at the launch of Asia Business Week Ireland 2015, Martin Murray, Executive Director of Asia Matters said that “Asia Matters is delighted to announce the launch of the Asia Business Week Ireland 2015, which will take place in Dublin and Cork 8th to 14th July. Following the success of the inaugural Asia Business Week held last year in Dublin which saw over 400 delegates attend, 2015 sees Asia Business Week Ireland expand to include events in Cork with over 1,000 delegates expected to attend. Asia Business Week is aimed at fostering new opportunities for Irish businesses in Asia as well as building upon the existing trade relations to drive new bilateral partnerships.”
