When and where is it on?
London ExCeL – 1 & 2 October 2019
How many years has it been going?
2 years
What was the inspiration to start it?
We studied the outsourcing market for roughly 2 years and it became clear there wasn’t a large event supporting the industry. The 1st OSX was a great success and we learnt a lot before, during and after the event. 2019 will see the addition of 5 key zones: Digital Disruption, IT Design and Development, Customer Experience, Business Process Services and International Development.
What exciting things can people look forward to?
OSX 2019 will see the introduction of 5 key zones, with all incorporating displays by industry leading companies and presentation theatres featuring leading experts who will give powerful insight and education into the future developments within their field.
What opportunities are on offer for those attending?
This unique two day event will deliver opportunities for professionals at every level to participate, learn, network and build new alliances and partnerships that will transform their business.
Who will be speaking?
It’s a bit early but we’re busy putting together the speaker programme. Last years speakers included Robert Peston (ITV Political Editor, alongside speakers from AWS, Microsoft, UiPath, Xoomworks, Bahrain Economic Development Board, EY, DLA Piper, KPMG and many more.
What tips would you give to people attending to get the most out of it?
Plan your visit in advance and make sure you get to the presentation areas early as seats fill up quickly.
How can people book tickets / when does it usually sell out?
The event is FREE for all visitors to attend – https://bit.ly/2TsA7Jr
