Open Banking Strategy opportunities analysed by Paul Rohan

This is a timely book with a number of important changes coming within the next couple of years for banking, both within Europe and globally. As you will be aware from the numerous FinTech articles and interviews we have published Irish Fintech businesses have been doing well. In this context you can imagine that this book would be a ‘must read’ among both innovative Irish FinTech businesses and also the many large national, and multinational banking organisations based in Dublin and Ireland (you know who you are). You can imagine this book becoming well thumbed and noted by entrepreneurs and Fintech specialists looking to discover the next niche within which for them to develop their latest business ideas.

It is well written, helpfully illustrated with useful visual diagrams, and systematically details new emerging patterns and various possible business opportunities. Even in reviewing it we found ourselves re-reading different parts of the book to better understand different concepts and ideas. We’ve enjoyed Paul’s guest posts for the site to date, and this book is another useful addition to his campaign to de-jargonise, simplify and explain what is happening in a rapidly changing financial environment.
