Microsoft and CoderDojo are collaborating to host a highly interactive Mentor Training Session for both existing mentors and those interesting in becoming one. The event is intended to provide people with an interest in setting up a CoderDojo in their community with the tools, the skills and an understanding to do so.
On the day attendees at this free event will hear from CoderDojo Champions who will share their experience setting up a CoderDojo and how they continue to run their Dojo.
In addition the audience will be shown some of the cool Microsoft tools that are now available to their Dojo thanks to the new Microsoft / CoderDojo partnership.
An exhibition will be set up on the day which will showcase:
· Microsoft technologies
· CoderDojo clubs from different regions
· Student CoderDojo Coolest Projects award winners
· The Microsoft CoderDojo club will also be running on the evening for people to see this in action.
The event will take place Wednesday 25th November 2015 from 4pm – 6:30pm in Microsoft’s European Product Development Centre 2 (EPDC2), South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18
