Lume Cube, Creative Lighting Kit, reviewed

Written by Alex Potter. Hi, I’ve been reviewing  Lume Cube, and so here are some facts about it and what I thought about it.

Lume Cube is a light you can attach to your phone and other devices.

The Lume Cube is a small cube with its light built in to it. It is black and has two buttons on the top, one of them turns the light on, and also when it is already on you can push it and increase the amount of brightness. The other one turns it off, but also when it is already off you can press it and it will flash for a second, but then stop. The Lume Cube comes in a black case, if you want to take this off, there is a clasp on the side, unclick the clasp, And slide the cube out. The case is there for protection and mainly so that the different lighting lenses can stick to the case as there is a magnet on either side of the case. You can use Lume Cube for taking photos, videos, vlogging, facetime, action shots, underwater shots, and for taking selfies.

The Lume Cube light is connected to a stick which you can attach to your phone or other devices that are small enough to fit between the connecting stick. You can unscrew the stick by twisting it down. TheLume Cube comes with five different lenses, all slightly different colours. Plus a large white one that’s is dome shaped. There are two slightly orange ones and three white-ish ones and the big one. I liked the white ones most because it gave it a kind of moonlight glow on some and other pale colour effects too. I thought that you could probably change your lighting on the phone anyway without the Lume Cube .

I might not necessarily buy something like this, but it’s interesting to play around with the different colours and I enjoyed reviewing it.
