Multinational lawyers like CMS-Law teaching their clients about tokenisation

CMS-Law are one of the biggest lawyers in the real Estate sector in Europe and have been holding a series of workshops for their clients discussing what and how Blockchain and Digital Assets are impacting those that manage property in the property sector. This is more evidence of institutional interest in these sectors. While the creation of digital assets to attract new types of investors is highly appealing there is also a desire to see how to automate/digitise the onboarding and day to day management of clients. So improving Real Estate managers risk controls and compliance procedures as they transition away from the current paper based analogue based processes so improving their efficiency.
